"Having recently joined the team, I am currently training in my new role which involves allocating and over-seeing the work and progress of minor schemes for the technical officer as well as investigating and replying to complaints about parking. I am also starting to develop highway safety schemes to improve road safety within Kirklees and I enjoy meeting people on site to discuss their concerns; it is very rewarding when you can come up with ways of helping them and make a difference to their lives.
