SC Johnson Professional invites applications for a Technical Marketing & Applications Manager Europe to join our European Marketing team. This standalone role blends technical product expertise with commercial support across our professional hygiene and cleaning portfolio.

You’ll work closely with European Sales, RD&E, Regulatory and Quality teams to translate complex science into practical solutions for customers, distributors and commercial teams, while advancing sustainability messaging and

Qualifications

• Requires a relevant scientific or technical qualification or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience supporting B2B customers and partnering with commercial teams across markets.
• Ability to translate complex technical knowledge into clear commercial benefits.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert technical advice on professional cleaning, hygiene products and applications.
• Support customer visits, tenders, product demonstrations, and new business opportunities.
• Develop and deliver technical training for Sales teams, distributors and customers.
• Guide product performance, application suitability and competitor comparisons with RD&E and Quality teams.
• Collaborate with Marketing and technical teams to translate science into commercial benefits.
• Serve as key technical link between European Marketing, Sales, RD&E, Regulatory and Quality.
• Support communication of sustainability initiatives and product information.
• Develop knowledge resources, FAQs, and training materials.
