SC Johnson Professional is seeking a Technical Marketing & Applications Manager – Europe to join our European Marketing team in Denby, UK. This standalone role blends deep technical product knowledge with commercial support across professional hygiene and cleaning portfolios.

You will work with Sales, RD&E, Regulatory and Quality teams to translate science into practical customer solutions, lead training, and ensure accurate product claims. Hybrid working model with in-office presence required.

Qualifikationen

• Relevant scientific or technical qualification or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience supporting B2B customers and partnering with commercial teams across markets.

Aufgaben

• Provide expert technical advice on professional cleaning, hygiene products and applications, supporting European Sales teams, distributors and customers.
• Partner with commercial teams to support customer visits, tenders, product demonstrations and new business opportunities, translating technical expertise into practical customer solutions.
• Develop and deliver engaging product and application training for Sales teams, distributors and customers, strengthening technical knowledge and commercial confidence.
• Provide guidance on product performance, application suitability and competitor comparisons, working with RD&E, Quality and Regulatory teams to resolve complex technical enquiries.
• Collaborate with Marketing and technical teams to translate complex scientific and product information into clear commercial benefits, accurate product claims and effective customer-facing communications.
• Act as a key technical link between European Marketing, Sales, RD&E, Regulatory, Quality and other internal stakeholders, ensuring consistent technical guidance and effective information sharing.
• Support the communication of approved sustainability initiatives, product information and claims, helping commercial teams respond confidently to customer sustainability requirements.
• Develop and improve technical knowledge resources, FAQs, training materials and support processes, leveraging digital tools and appropriate automation to improve accessibility, consistency and efficiency.
