Job summary

10:10 Games in Warrington is recruiting a Senior Technical Designer to design, prototype and implement interactive gameplay systems using Unreal Engine 5. You’ll collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure systems meet design spec, perform well, and look visually compelling.

You will mentor other technical designers, share knowledge across disciplines, and help advance best practices, tools, and workflows within the studio's hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Must have shipped Unreal-based project experience.
• Strong cross-team communication abilities.
• Solid understanding of animation fundamentals and rigging.
• Experience mentoring other team members.

Responsibilities

• Design, prototype and implement interactive gameplay systems and mechanics using UE5.
• Collaborate with Design & Engineering to ensure systems meet specs and performance goals.
• Mentor and guide other technical designers and improve workflows.
