Job summary

Xtravirt Ltd is seeking an experienced Technical Delivery Manager to lead our Sofia-based Bulgarian team within a global delivery framework. You will oversee all aspects of technical delivery, governance, and customer satisfaction, ensuring efficient, high-quality project outcomes.

You will coach senior consultants toward architect-level delivery, manage resources, and work closely with UK leadership to maintain consistency and value across engagements.

Qualifications

• Deep technical expertise in VMware Cloud Foundation, NSX and vSAN with hands-on delivery experience.
• Proven ability to lead complex technical engagements end-to-end with successful customer outcomes.
• Experience defining or embedding delivery methodologies in a professional services context.

Responsibilities

• Lead Bulgarian team in collaboration with UK technical leadership to ensure global alignment.
• Provide architectural guidance and escalate technical obstacles to keep delivery on track.
• Monitor workloads, balance tasks, and maintain a sustainable pace to prevent burnout.
