Job summary

Experis in the United Kingdom seeks an experienced Lead Architect to drive a major cloud transformation. You will lead architecture and design across VMware environments, steer VCF upgrade programmes, and guide teams through complex delivery challenges.

You will run workshops, review governance and standards, and collaborate with global teams across multiple technologies and vendors. UK travel is required; IR35 status applies to the contract.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading architecture and design in VMware environments.
• Expertise in VCF upgrades and integration with NSX and HCX.
• Strong technical leadership and stakeholder facilitation skills.
