Job summary

Redcentric is seeking a Senior Delivery Engineer - VMware & Microsoft to lead hands-on project delivery across VMware and Microsoft technologies within the COO function. The role focuses on implementing, migrating, transforming and transitioning customer solutions, with Azure skills highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering customer-facing infrastructure and cloud projects across VMware and Microsoft technologies.
• Owning complex project work packages and delivering outcomes to agreed scope, quality, governance and timescales.
• Experience with VMware migration, upgrade, transformation or implementation projects using vSphere, vCenter and ESXi.
• Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS and related services.
• Azure delivery experience and hybrid cloud integration is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, migrate, transform, test and document customer solutions across VMware and Microsoft domains.
• Translate approved designs and migration plans into well-engineered outcomes.
• Produce migration runbooks, as-built records and knowledge-transfer materials.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Architects and Service Delivery to ensure service-transition readiness.
