Job summary

Lorien is seeking a Senior Technical Delivery Manager to own and coordinate a major supplier onboarding and data transformation programme in a large, international organisation. You will lead the delivery of a new supplier data collection solution built on ServiceNow, replacing manual onboarding processes across SAP and Oracle environments.

The role requires translating strategy into executable plans, managing cross‑functional teams, and driving governance across the full delivery lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 7+ years' experience in Technical Delivery, Project Management or Programme Delivery.
• Strong track record delivering complex technology and transformation programmes.
• Experience across Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery environments.
• Experience managing budgets, resources, risks, dependencies and third-party partners.
• Excellent stakeholder management across technical and business audiences.
• Experience leading and coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Comfortable working with ambiguity and bringing structure to complex programmes.
• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps or MS Project.

• Turn undefined requirements into scope, objectives and milestones.
• Manage delivery across multiple teams, dependencies, risks, issues and priorities.
• Lead cross-functional business, technology and third-party partner teams.
• Manage full delivery lifecycle and governance forums.
• Coordinate budgets and resource planning; liaise with finance.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders and engineers to drive delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery practices and tooling.
