Job summary

Lorien is seeking a hands-on Delivery Lead to take ownership of delivering an Employee Relations Case Management System. You will coordinate across HR, technology and third parties to maintain momentum and meet business-critical milestones.

Ideal candidates bring strong project delivery discipline, governance, risk management and stakeholder engagement to ensure a successful implementation and smooth handover to BAU. This is a 6‑month contract with onsite presence near Hounslow.

Qualifications

• Experience leading delivery of small to medium projects or significant workstreams within programmes.
• Strong planning, coordination and organisational skills.
• Experience governance, reporting, RAID logs and stakeholder comms.
• Ability to drive delivery across multiple stakeholder groups.
• Experience delivering system implementations or transformation projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day delivery of Employee Relations Case Management System implementation.
• Manage project plans, milestones and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate activities across HR, technology and third-party suppliers.
• Manage risks, issues, actions and dependencies through the lifecycle.
• Facilitate project meetings, workshops and stakeholder reviews.
• Produce project reporting, governance updates and status communications.
• Support testing, training, business readiness and handover to BAU.
• Ensure successful handover into business-as-usual operations.
