• Proven ability to deliver design on time, within budget and to quality standards.
• Professional appearance and aptitude at all times.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple sites from design stage to post completion.
• Co-ordinate delivery of surveys & reports required for development.
• Undertake the Principal Designer role under regulations.
