You will co-ordinate technical information between external consultants and internal departments to support design and construction, ensuring approvals are secured for a prompt on-site start.

Qualifications

• Proven working experience in Architecture / Civil Engineering.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple contracts.
• Experience with residential housing projects and regulatory approvals.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate design information between external consultants and internal teams.
• Attend design team meetings and progress meetings on site as required.
• Ensure drawings/ documents are accurate and release information on time.
• Liaise with consultants, prepare planning and building control submissions.
• Support cost-effective design and buildability while complying with client requirements.
