Job summary

Potensis Selection are pleased to be working with a leading residential developer to appoint a Technical Manager to join their expanding team. The role focuses on coordinating technical delivery for a large-scale, multi-phase residential development in London and the South East, with exposure to complex apartment-led projects.

You will work closely with consultants, contractors and internal teams to ensure design information is coordinated, compliant and delivered on schedule, enabling

Qualifications

• Senior Technical Coordinator or similar experience on residential schemes.
• Experience on apartment-led or multi-storey developments.
• Understanding of Building Regulations and technical design processes.
• Ability to coordinate external consultants and design teams.
• Strong organisational, communication and buildability attention.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate technical and design information throughout the development.
• Manage external consultants and design teams.
• Review drawings for compliance with Building Regulations and project specs.
• Coordinate information to support construction delivery and milestones.
• Liaise with construction, planning and other internal departments.
• Identify and resolve technical issues during design and delivery.
• Assist with design development, value engineering and buildability reviews.
• Monitor technical information against programme milestones.
