Job summary

Technical Coordinator - Residential Development

I'm currently recruiting for a Technical Coordinator to join a residential developer working on a major London development.

The role is to support the project through its Gateway application, working alongside the existing technical team and consultants to make sure the required technical information is coordinated, accurate and progressing to programme.

The role will include:

• Supporting the Technical Manager with the Gateway application
• Coordinating design information across consultants and project stakeholders
• Managing technical documentation and ensuring information is kept up to date
• Reviewing drawings and technical information
• Assisting with design coordination and resolving technical queries
• Liaising with architects, engineers and external consultants

I'm looking for someone with:

• Previous experience as a Technical Coordinator or similar
