Job summary

Ashbrittle Limited is recruiting an experienced Technical Manager for a Waltham Abbey-based residential developer.

You will oversee technical delivery across multiple sites, coordinate architects and engineers, review drawings and ensure compliance with building regs and NHBC standards.

This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to drive projects from planning through construction to completion.

Job description

Our client is a Waltham Abbey based and growing residential developer with an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality new homes. Typically between 40 – 100 units per annum.

Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Technical Manager to join their team and take responsibility for the technical delivery of a number of residential developments.

The successful candidate will manage projects from pre-acquisition and planning through to construction and completion, working closely with internal teams, consultants, contractors and external stakeholders.

The Role

• Managing the technical delivery of multiple residential developments
• Coordinating architects, engineers, consultants and other design teams
• Reviewing and managing technical drawings, specifications and design information
• Supporting the planning, pre-construction and procurement process
• Ensuring designs are technically compliant, buildable and commercially viable
• Identifying and resolving technical issues throughout the construction process
• Working closely with Construction, Commercial and Development teams
• Managing design programmes and ensuring information is issued on time
• Supporting the delivery of high-quality homes in line with company standards

About You

We are looking for a technically strong Technical Manager with experience within residential development or housebuilding.
