Job summary

VIVO Defence Services, a joint venture between Serco and EQUANS, is recruiting a Head of Technical Compliance to provide governance and assurance across a major Defence contract. The role leads a team of Authorised Persons, overseeing safety, regulatory changes and compliance across engineering and facilities management within a complex environment.

The position requires leadership, deep knowledge of building engineering systems, and the ability to engage senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Head up technical compliance governance across a highly regulated operational environment.
• Provide assurance through audits and independent reporting to senior leadership and customers.
• Review designs, specifications and major works for compliance and safety.
