Job summary

VIVO Defence invites a senior technical compliance leader to drive governance across a major Defence estate. You will provide assurance, shape compliance strategies and oversee safety, regulatory adherence and operational controls, working across engineering, logistics and site operations.

The role emphasizes risk management, audits and timely reporting to senior leadership, with a focus on maintaining statutory and contractual compliance and delivering safe, compliant assets.

Qualifications

• Experience leading technical compliance, assurance or engineering governance within a complex environment.
• Strong knowledge of statutory compliance relating to building engineering systems and safety legislation.
• Ability to translate legislation and standards into practical operational controls.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership, governance and assurance across the contract.
• Lead and manage a team of Authorised Persons and oversee MOD safe systems of work.
• Review designs and support acceptance of refurbishments, new builds and major projects.
