Job summary

Ips Group in Leeds is seeking an experienced Commercial Account Handler who is technically strong to join a leading global insurance brokerage. You will own end-to-end servicing of client programmes, including renewals and mid-term adjustments, and broker risks to market while delivering market submissions and client presentations.

The role offers hybrid working (minimum 2 days in the office), exposure to senior stakeholders, and a comprehensive benefits package with salary up to £50k.

Qualifications

• Experience in Client Service, Broking, or Account Handling within commercial insurance.
• Strong technical knowledge across core commercial lines.
• Proven ability to broker risks to market and negotiate with insurers.
• Confident communicator with experience delivering client-facing presentations.
• Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and a proactive approach.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end servicing of client programmes including renewals and mid-term adjustments.
• Manage renewals and mid-term adjustments to deliver best outcomes.
• Broker risks to market and negotiate with insurers.
• Produce high-quality market submissions and deliver client presentations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and insurers.
