Job summary

Appvia is hiring a Technical Account Manager in London with UK Security Clearance eligibility to lead strategic accounts post-sale, align technical delivery with client goals, and drive value across software, data platforms, and AI solutions.

You will own relationships with senior stakeholders, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure measurable business outcomes while expanding the partnership and contributing to Appvia's growth.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in software or data consulting
• Proven experience leading multi-stream technical engagements
• Strong stakeholder communication at senior levels
• Experience delivering value realisation in client accounts

Responsibilities

• Act as the senior lead contact for the client account: establish, nurture and deepen relationships at executive and senior stakeholder level.
• Oversee the portfolio of solution engagements within the account: ensure governance, appropriate resourcing, milestone adherence, risk/issue management, budget/margin tracking.
• Translate technical delivery into business outcomes: e.g., revenue uplift, process automation savings, faster time-to-insight, improved customer experience, better decision-making through data.
• Work cross-functionally with sales/pre-sales, product teams, consulting/engineering, finance, and marketing/referrals to ensure the account's growth and delivery success.
