Job summary

Appvia is seeking a Cloud Platform Product Manager to lead secure AWS-based platform products within government transformation programmes, balancing compliance, security and performance with user experience. You will engage engineers and senior government stakeholders to align objectives with business goals.

This hybrid London role requires SC eligibility and offers a competitive package: £90,000–£120,000 base, plus 10% bonus, 10% equity, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Technical Product Manager / Platform Product Owner in secure, complex environments.
• Experience balancing compliance, security and performance with user experience.
• Strong AWS knowledge, core services and platform engineering concepts.
• Familiarity with IaC, CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps toolchains.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision and roadmap for secure AWS-based platform products in government programmes.
• Align delivery with government standards and compliance requirements.
• Lead backlog prioritisation, prioritising features, security and operational excellence.
