Job summary

Bird & Bird is seeking a Senior Associate in London to focus on Technology Transactions, including AI contracting and governance. You will handle a range of tech and telecoms‑focussed commercial work such as SaaS/cloud, outsourcing, software licensing and development deals, with significant AI governance involvement.

The role requires at least 6 years of post‑qualification experience in technology transactions and offers a competitive salary with a flexible benefits package in a hybrid work

Qualifications

• Must have 6+ years post-qualification experience in technology transactions
• Experience advising on AI contracting and governance
• Strong understanding of warranties, indemnities, liabilities, SLAs and related tech contracts

Responsibilities

• Work on tech & telecoms‑focussed commercial work including SaaS/cloud, outsourcing, software licensing and development deals
• Advise on AI contracting and governance projects
• Operate as a senior associate in a leading law firm or in-house team with tech transactions focus
