Job summary

Bird & Bird LLP is seeking a proactive LegalTech & Innovation professional to join our London team. You will bridge between AI developments and our technology group, supporting integration and adoption of legal tech across offices worldwide.

You will facilitate training, handle inquiries, and help shape the firm’s technology roadmap while working closely with lawyers and business teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Work with team to manage enquiries on legaltech tools and platforms, acknowledging enquiries promptly and prioritising workload.
• Requirements gathering for client portals and projects by liaising with Bird & Bird lawyers; assess which tech meets requirements.
• Collaborate to raise awareness and drive adoption of tools across offices and practice groups; organise workshops and pilots.
• Participate in the global LegalTech focus group and provide feedback on trials.
• Maintain training materials and guides for admins, end users and clients; ensure accessibility.
• Inductions and advanced training on HighQ and related tools across London and globally.
• Manage the LegalTech register and an up-to-date product list; horizon-scan for new solutions.
