Job summary

Heidrick & Struggles is seeking an Executive Search Senior Associate to execute the recruitment lifecycle, from candidate identification to placement, under mentorship from Partners and Consultants. You will manage search strategy development, candidate outreach, and pipeline building with a global team.

In this role you will gain exposure to business development, client relationship management, and the end-to-end delivery of senior-level searches across industries.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of professional recruiting experience, or 3+ years in transferable recruiting roles.
• Undergraduate BA/BS degree required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with impact.
• Proven ability to collaborate with external clients and candidates.
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Research and write candidate profiles and market insights to support senior consultants.
• Conduct interviews and assessments of candidates; present findings to clients.
• Maintain strong candidate relationships throughout the search lifecycle.
• Support business development activities and client relationship management.
• Uphold ethics, confidentiality, and high-quality recruitment practices.
