Job summary

Partner Company in the United Kingdom seeks a senior Project Lead Practitioner to guide complex engagements across technology strategy, due diligence, transformation, cybersecurity, AI, and operational execution. You will lead multidisciplinary teams and develop a recognised functional specialism while advising private equity investors and boards.

You will translate findings into actionable commercial recommendations, communicate clearly with senior executives, and contribute to value-creation

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technology consulting, technology due diligence, or digital transformation leadership.
• Experience leading client-facing workstreams with senior stakeholders and delivering decision-ready outputs.
• Strong fundamentals across product/engineering, software architecture, cloud, data/AI, cybersecurity, or operating models.

Responsibilities

• Independently lead complex client engagements from scoping through delivery, balancing project management, team leadership, client service, and commercial considerations.
• Build trusted relationships with senior investors, boards, and management teams by communicating clearly and making technology topics accessible.
• Lead technology-focused engagements, identifying material risks, opportunities, and priorities for value creation.
• Assess technology strategy, product/engineering capabilities, architecture, cloud platforms, delivery performance, data/AI, cybersecurity, scalability, and operating models.
• Translate technical findings into commercial implications related to growth, margins, investment risk, and value creation.
• Produce concise reports, executive presentations, and workshops linking analysis to client decisions.
