Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience delivering large-scale technology transformation programmes.
• Proven experience leading enterprise application migration and modernization engagements.
• Hands-on experience with assessment, migration planning, portfolio rationalisation, and cloud transformation.
• Experience across legacy, cloud-native, hybrid, and distributed application environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead executive-level conversations with CIOs/CTOs and technology leadership teams.
• Identify, qualify, and shape Application Transformation opportunities with business cases.
• Define and execute modernization and migration strategies using industry frameworks.
• Provide oversight of cloud migration, refactoring, containerisation, and legacy modernisation initiatives.
• Shape transformation programmes from discovery through transition to BAU operations.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and manage governance, risks, dependencies, and reporting.
