Job summary

Cole Connections Ltd in London is seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to own a technology desk, developing UK and global markets. You'll recruit across software, data, cloud, cyber, fintech, mobility, and more, delivering end-to-end recruitment from client engagement to placement.

This 360 role offers a base salary of £40,000–£50,000 with uncapped commission, a hybrid 3/2 on-site schedule, and international incentives as part of a supportive STEM-focused team.

Qualifications

• Experience in Technology recruitment, permanent or contract.
• Strong business development and relationship-building skills.
• Proven track record of recruitment delivery.
• Knowledge of technology market sectors.
• Commercial and entrepreneurial approach.
• Ability to work autonomously and own your desk.

Responsibilities

• Own your specialist market and develop new business.
• Manage the complete recruitment process from client engagement to placement.
• Build long-term relationships with clients and candidates across UK and international markets.
• Collaborate with the STEM recruitment group to leverage shared knowledge.
