Higher Group is partnering with a globally established specialist Technology recruitment business with a team of 170, following an exceptional 2026 and a significant ongoing investment in growth.

We’re looking to speak with experienced, full-desk Contract Recruiters specialising in Software, Data & AI, Cloud or Cyber who are looking to take the next step in their careers.

The opportunity:

• Lead and close high-value deals worth £40k+ in fees.
• Earn up to 35% of deal value.
• Build relationships with leading technology businesses and high-calibre candidates across international markets.
