Job summary

Just Eat Takeaway.com is seeking a Senior Tech Manager to lead the Supply Performance & Experience domain. You will own technology strategy, delivery, and cross-team architecture across partner-facing systems, including the Partner App and order preparation.

You’ll balance short-term delivery with long-term platform investment for improved partner NPS and operational performance. You will guide multiple stream-aligned teams, ensure quality releases, and collaborate with Product, UX and Delivery

Qualifications

• Strong technology leadership with experience leading multiple engineering teams.
• People-focused leadership, coaching managers and building high-performing teams.
• Broad understanding of cloud, distributed systems and modern software practices.
• Deep customer/product focus linking technology to outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical direction, roadmap and architectural coherence across platform components.
• Champion engineering excellence, delivery, stability, scalability and security.
• Foster collaboration across Engineering, Product, UX and Delivery.
• Provide technical leadership across multiple teams for complex releases.
• Balance short-term delivery with long-term platform investment and architecture improvements.
• Guide solution design, manage dependencies, risks and blockers.
• Develop engineering leaders and build a high-performance culture.
• Influence priorities and backlogs across Product, Technology and Commercials.
• Use data and insights to measure success in partner experience and performance.
