Job summary

Pret A Manger is seeking a Digital Delivery Lead to guide in-house software teams, delivering high-quality software in an agile environment. You’ll oversee development, testing, deployment and production support, while partnering with Product Owners to align delivery with a strategic roadmap.

You will mentor multi-disciplinary teams, manage SaaS suppliers and drive quality, performance and security across digital experiences. The role is based in London Victoria with a hybrid working pattern.

Qualifications

• Led, coached and mentored in house technology teams delivering high-quality software.
• Iteratively delivered value using agile methodologies.
• Built roadmaps, release plans and provided estimates to a broad range of stakeholders.
• Balance business needs for new features with maintaining existing systems and reducing tech debt.

Responsibilities

• Iteratively deliver software using agile methodology ensuring just enough process, avoiding surprises.
• Support, guide and coach a high performing, multi-disciplinary team.
• Ensure high quality, performance, maintainability, security, operability and resilience.
• Translate business requirements into delivery plans aligned with the roadmap and capacity of the engineering team.
• Embed a culture of quality and continuous improvement to meet customer needs.
• Ensure team understands business value behind their work.
• Manage third party SaaS supplier relationships including budget management.
• Measure and improve team and individual performance.
• Collaborate with recruitment to attract, hire, onboard & retain talent.
