Job summary

Version 1 is seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 10+ years of experience in React, Node.js and AWS to design and deliver robust, scalable software solutions. The role requires hands-on architecture work, leadership of development teams, and a focus on quality and performance.

The ideal candidate will mentor teams, guide technical decisions, and collaborate with project managers to ensure successful delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, or related discipline.
• 10+ years in software development with at least 3 years in technical leadership in product development or services.
• Strong expertise in Node.js, Express.js and related frameworks.
• Strong front-end experience with React or similar technologies.
• AWS cloud platform experience and certifications.
• Deep knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns.
• Experience with microservices and cloud-native apps.
• Good experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and data modeling.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication and leadership skills.
• Experience with DevOps tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement scalable software architecture.
• Lead and mentor development teams; conduct code reviews.
• Define project scope, goals and deliverables; manage technical risks.
• Collaborate with PMs and stakeholders to ensure delivery.
• Promote best practices for development, testing and deployment.
