Job summary

Nub News seeks a Senior Full Stack Developer / Technical Lead in the Midlands. You will lead hands-on development, shaping architecture and guiding onshore and offshore teams while delivering cloud-native solutions.

Bring strong Node.js, React (TS), REST APIs, AWS, Docker and CI/CD experience; Terraform, Kubernetes and Redis are advantageous. Expect a hands-on leadership role with 2–3 days onsite.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Node.js and React with TypeScript.
• Experience designing REST APIs and modern app architecture.
• Hands-on experience with AWS and PostgreSQL.
• Leadership or mentoring of onshore/offshore teams preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and build applications using Node.js, React and TypeScript.
• Own technical architecture and key engineering decisions.
• Lead, mentor and support onshore and offshore developers.
• Drive code quality, reviews and engineering standards.
