Job summary

Change-It Consulting Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer / Technical Lead in the Midlands hybrid role, combining hands-on coding with leadership. You will work across Node.js, React and TypeScript to deliver cloud-native software solutions.

This hands-on leadership position entails architectural ownership, mentoring onshore and offshore teams, and driving code quality, CI/CD, AWS and PostgreSQL adoption.

Qualifications

• Node.js expertise is essential and React 18+ with TypeScript is required.
• Experience designing REST APIs and modern app architecture.
• AWS and PostgreSQL proficiency required.
• Proficiency with Docker, Git and CI/CD practices.
• Experience leading or mentoring onshore and offshore teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and build applications using Node.js, React and TypeScript.
• Own technical architecture and key engineering decisions.
• Build scalable backend services and REST APIs using Node.js.
• Lead, mentor and support onshore and offshore developers.
• Drive code quality, reviews and engineering standards.
• Collaborate with Architects, Cloud, Product and Business teams.
