Job summary

Ness Digital Engineering is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Lead / Solution Architect in Dublin with strong Python, AWS, React JS, and full-stack expertise. You will architect scalable, cloud-native solutions and lead delivery of high-quality software while mentoring engineering teams.

You’ll collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and architects to define roadmaps, drive architectural decisions, and ensure security, performance, and cost efficiency across projects.

Qualifications

• 10–14 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong Python backend experience with FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
• Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and front-end with React JS.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technical architecture for products and platforms.
• Define and drive the technology roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Lead technical design discussions and architecture reviews.
• Mentor and coach engineers and foster engineering excellence.
• Drive CI/CD pipelines, cloud deployments, and observability.
