Version 1 is seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 10+ years of experience in React, Node.js, and AWS to design, implement, and lead modern software solutions. The role requires architectural expertise, hands-on delivery, and mentorship of development teams.

The ideal candidate will guide architecture, ensure scalability and security, and collaborate with PMs and stakeholders to deliver high-quality platforms. Hybrid work with significant travel is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
• 10+ years of software development experience with at least 3 years in technical leadership in product development or services environments.
• Strong expertise in Node.js, Express.js, and related frameworks.
• Good experience with front-end React technologies.
• Good experience and certification in AWS cloud platform.
• In-depth knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns.
• Experience with microservices architecture and cloud-native applications.
• Good experience with databases (SQL, NoSQL) and data modeling.
• Excellent problem solving and leadership skills.
• Experience with DevOps practices and tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins).

Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-quality software architecture and technical solutions.
• Ensure the architecture is scalable, maintainable, and secure.
• Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes for quality product platforms.
• Lead and mentor development teams in architectural implementations and provide guidance.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with business needs.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks and issues.
