Urban Reef is seeking a hands-on Restaurant Supervisor to lead our front-of-house team on a busy beachfront venue in Bournemouth. You’ll coach service standards, optimise floor coverage and model excellence in guest care.

This role offers a clear progression pathway into Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager, ongoing leadership training, staff meals on shift, and employee discounts as part of a supportive team that values growth and a strong guest experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a supervisory hospitality role.
• Proactive attitude with the ambition to progress into management.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the front-of-house team during service.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable guest experiences.
• Support the daily operation of the restaurant, bar and terrace.
• Train, coach and develop team members.
• Manage staff breaks and section allocations.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures.

About the Role
