GuestHouse Hotels is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor for the Brighton location. Lead the service team across peak periods and ensure smooth service, warm welcomes and memorable guest experiences in a busy grill-focused setting.

You will train and support the management team, handle feedback gracefully and maintain high standards on the floor to keep guests delighted and coming back to Pearly Cow Brighton.
