Job summary

Padstow Harbour Hotel is seeking an experienced Restaurant and Events Supervisor to join our team. You will oversee the day-to-day delivery of all events, meetings, weddings and private dining, ensuring every function runs smoothly and guests receive exceptional service.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of hospitality or events experience, some supervisory experience, and excellent communication and leadership skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple

The role…

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Restaurant and Events Supervisor to join our hotel team. In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day delivery of all events, meetings, weddings, and private dining. Ensuring every function runs smoothly and guests receive exceptional service. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in hospitality or events, some supervisory experience, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
