Job summary

Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust in Milton Keynes seeks an experienced Team Manager to provide operational leadership to Milton Keynes Talking Therapies. You will work with Clinical Leads, the Service Manager and senior colleagues to ensure accessible, high-quality care for adults with common mental health difficulties.

You will lead a diverse workforce, oversee governance and performance, and develop innovative models of care while building strong relationships with GPs,

Qualifications

• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and driving service improvement.
• Ability to analyse performance data and manage budgets.
• Governance, risk management and quality assurance experience.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills; compassionate and inclusive leadership.
• Full driving licence and willingness to travel across sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective operational leadership for Milton Keynes Talking Therapies.
• Lead and support a multidisciplinary workforce, promoting staff wellbeing, development, engagement and high performance.
• Monitor activity, waiting times and contractual and quality indicators; drive improvement plans.
• Oversee governance, safeguarding, risk management, audit and quality assurance.
• Represent the service at internal and external meetings and deputise for the Service Manager when required.
