Job summary

East London NHS Foundation Trust's Bedfordshire Talking Therapies service is seeking a Team Leader to supervise a team of psychological therapists, manage a clinical caseload and contribute to service development.

Accredited CBT/Relational therapist with leadership/supervision experience is required, with the ability to monitor KPI targets at both individual and service levels, and to travel across the county, attend base twice weekly and occasional late shifts.

• Lead a team of psychological therapists and oversee clinical caseloads.
• Provide clinical supervision and line management within the service.
