Northamptonshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust invites applications for a senior manager to oversee the Mental Health Treatment Requirement (MHTR) Service, delivering safe, person-centred care within policy and contractual standards.

You will lead operational delivery, manage referrals and waiting times, supervise a multidisciplinary team and drive governance, quality improvement and workforce development across the service.

Qualificações

• Registered Mental Health Nurse, OT or Social Worker with professional registration (NMC/HCPC/Social Work England).
• Experience of auditing and research beneficial.
• Experience with complex health and social care needs.
• Active engagement in education/teaching.

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day operational management of the MHTR Service, ensuring safe, effective, responsive and person-centred care.
• Lead operational delivery including referrals, caseloads, waiting times and discharge processes to meet performance standards.
• Provide line management, supervision and development for the multidisciplinary team.
• Promote inclusive team culture and manage workforce issues per Trust policies.
• Provide clinical leadership to support assessment and management of complex mental health needs.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with Probation, Liaison and Diversion, CMHTs and other partners to improve continuity of care.
• Represent the service in meetings and contribute to integrated pathways across health and criminal justice.
• Lead governance, incident and safeguarding management and ensure learning for quality improvement.
• Monitor performance using data and implement action plans for improvement.
• Support education, training and awareness programmes for staff and partners.

Formação académica
