Job summary

Reed is seeking a Tax & Accounts Manager on a 3-6 month fixed-term contract in Hungerford. The role involves reviewing and finalising statutory accounts and tax returns, and supporting partners during a busy tax season.

You will manage a portfolio of owner-managed clients, work with the partners on technical matters, and help streamline workflow through the peak period. Hybrid working is offered.

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA/CTA qualified or qualified by experience.
• Strong UK accountancy practice background.
• Experience reviewing and finalising accounts.
• Good knowledge of corporation tax and personal tax.
• Comfortable working with minimal supervision.
• Available to start within the coming weeks.

Responsibilities

• Review and finalise statutory accounts.
• Review and complete corporation tax returns.
• Review and complete personal tax returns.
• Support a portfolio of owner-managed business clients.
• Work closely with the partners on technical and compliance matters.
• Help manage workflow through the busy season.
