Insite Finance in Henley-on-Thames is looking for a Mixed Tax Manager to lead a varied portfolio across personal and corporate tax. You will liaise with clients, manage tax compliance cycles and support the broader advisory team in complex CCR matters.

The role offers hybrid working, flexitime and an early Friday finish, with discretionary bonus and pension. It suits a technical tax professional with strong client communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• Prior tax compliance experience in an accountancy practice
• CTA qualification preferred, but ATT, ACA or ACCA with relevant tax experience will also be considered
• Confidence in personal and corporate tax work
• Strong client focus and ability to communicate technical topics clearly

Responsibilities

• Managing a varied client tax portfolio and their compliance affairs
• Reviewing personal tax returns, P11Ds, PSAs and computations
• Handling corporation tax compliance for larger and more complex clients
• Undertaking technical tax research and drafting advisory reports
• Managing HMRC enquiries and technical correspondence
• ATED and employment-related securities work where applicable
• Working closely with accounts and audit teams on ad-hoc queries
• Training and guiding more junior team members and overseeing workflow
