Job summary

Medidata is seeking an experienced Senior Talent Sourcer to partner across Sales/GTM, Professional Services, Engineering, and Corporate Functions. You will act as a strategic talent advisor, using advanced Boolean logic, deep-web research, market mapping, and hyper-personalized outreach to engage high-impact passive talent.

In this contract role you will craft compelling messaging to Medidata's mission and capabilities, conduct rigorous phone screens for alignment and compensation expectations,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of dedicated talent sourcing experience in a fast-paced B2B SaaS, Life Sciences Tech, or high-growth technology environment.
• Proven success in sourcing across multiple profiles including Sales, Professional Services, Engineering, or Corporate Functions.
• Mastery of advanced sourcing tools and techniques including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and X-Ray searches.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead multi-domain strategic sourcing across Sales/GTM, Professional Services, Engineering, and Corporate Functions.
• Conduct rigorous phone screens to assess technical/functional alignment, cultural add, and compensation expectations.
• Map target competitor talent landscapes and present actionable hiring insights to recruiters and stakeholders.
