Job summary

Veramed is hiring a Senior or Principal Talent Acquisition Consultant to attract and secure exceptional talent for Veramed and our clients. The role emphasizes delivering effective recruitment strategies, proactive sourcing, and stakeholder collaboration.

You will partner with stakeholders, write compelling adverts, conduct interviews, and manage candidates through the process while representing Veramed at events.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably within life sciences or related sector.
• Proven track record of identifying and hiring high-quality talent.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Degree (BSc or BA or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand current and future hiring needs.
• Develop and deliver effective recruitment strategies.
• Proactively source and engage high-calibre candidates through various channels.
• Write compelling job advertisements and promote opportunities.
• Screen candidates, conduct interviews and assessments.
• Manage candidates through the recruitment process and ensure a great experience.
• Build relationships with hiring managers, clients and candidates.
• Map talent markets and gather insights on industry trends.
• Maintain recruitment records and candidate data.
• Represent Veramed at networking events and conferences.
