Job summary

Dassault Systèmes is seeking an experienced Senior Talent Sourcer to partner across core business units in a contract role. You will use advanced Boolean logic, market mapping, and hyper-personalized outreach to engage high-impact passive talent in enterprise SaaS and life sciences spaces.

You will screen candidates, map talent landscapes, and collaborate with TA Recruiters to refine sourcing strategies in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

5+ years of dedicated talent sourcing experience in a fast-paced B2B SaaS, Life Sciences Tech, or high-growth technology environment.
Proven success in sourcing across at least three of the target key profiles: Sales, Professional Services, Technical Engineering, or Corporate Functions.
Advanced sourcing toolkit including Boolean search techniques, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, X-Ray searches, diversity databases, and talent intelligence platforms.
Data-driven and consultative approach; partner with TA Recruiters to adjust strategies mid-stream.
High-touch, personalized candidate outreach that yields high response rates.
Fast-paced adaptability across multiple sourcing projects and pipelines.

Responsibilities

Multi-Domain Strategic Sourcing for Sales/GTM, Professional Services, Engineering, and Corporate Functions.
Passive outreach messaging tailored to Medidata’s mission and value proposition.
Initial screening calls to assess alignment, motivations, and compensation expectations.
Market intelligence and mapping of target competitor talent landscapes.
