Job summary

Magnopus is seeking an experienced recruiter to own the UK studio recruitment across Product, Engineering, Production, Art, Design, Creative and Operations. You will partner with leaders to understand hiring needs and attract exceptional people, taking ownership of end-to-end processes with autonomy.

The role involves permanent, freelance and project hires, building pipelines, and providing market insights to continuously improve recruiting.

• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions.
• Ability to build and maintain talent pipelines and market insights.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities
