Job summary

Magnopus is seeking a Director of Product Operations to help build, scale and lead our UK Product organisation, working with the US leadership to shape how our Product organisation operates as we continue to grow our platform and product offering.

This is a leadership role that blends strategic direction with hands-on execution, translating priorities into clear plans, aligned teams and successful outcomes as we build Product Management and Technical Program Management capability for the future.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading product operations or delivery teams.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into executable plans.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Hands-on product management leadership when needed.
• Experience shaping operating models and scalability.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operational effectiveness of the UK Product organisation.
• Partner with Product and Technology leadership to translate strategy into execution.
• Coordinate with UK and US Product leadership to align priorities and delivery expectations.
• Help shape the future structure, capability and operating model of the Product organisation.
• Provide hands-on Product Management leadership where needed.
• Develop Product Management and Technical Program Management capability over time.
• Support roadmap planning, OKR development and organisational goal setting.
