Job summary

Light Inc is building a next-generation financial software platform in London, and we are expanding our Talent team to hire for Customer Success and Technology. As Senior Talent Partner, you will guide end-to-end searches, shape briefs with product and engineering leaders, and build proactive talent pools.

You’ll also help design AI-powered sourcing workflows and bring top candidates to London with visa sponsorship.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Talent Acquisition, in-house or in embedded or RPO-style roles, in high-growth B2B SaaS or fintech, including senior and leadership hires.
• You switch gears fast. You can move from a backend engineering search to a CS/Tech search.

Responsibilities

• Own hiring for Customer Success and Tech end-to-end, including leadership roles.
• Partner with leaders to shape roles, briefs, and calibration to keep the bar high.
• Map markets and build talent pools for CS and engineering profiles.
• Bring great people to London from across Europe and beyond, with visa sponsorship and relocation support.
