Job summary

Publicis Groupe UK is hiring a Senior Talent Project and Data Partner to shape how Talent and HR support people and the business. You will lead data strategy, governance, and automation, partnering across agencies to create scalable, user-friendly experiences for employees, managers and leaders.

The role focuses on turning people data into insights, simplifying processes, and delivering self-service solutions.

Qualifications

Experience in People or HR Operations and HR data automation.
Ability to translate people data into actionable insights.
Strong understanding of HR systems, data governance and change management.
Ability to bring structure and momentum to evolving work.
Collaborative approach to stakeholder engagement in change delivery.
Interest in using automation and AI to simplify work and enable self-service.
People leadership skills and inclusive team leadership.

Responsibilities

Own the UK Talent Operations data strategy and governance.
Turn people data into insights to inform decisions across Talent, Finance, and Leadership.
Lead automation of Talent and HR processes to reduce manual work.
Design practical self-service, systems and AI-enabled solutions.
Guide change from discovery to adoption with risk management.
Build trusted relationships across Talent and agency network to define requirements.
Lead and develop the Talent Operations data team to deliver high-quality work.
