Job summary

Adecco Portugal is seeking a Candidate Delivery & Research Consultant to manage the full candidate lifecycle, from sourcing to placement, across clients in the Nottingham area. The role combines talent mapping, market intelligence and proactive outreach to attract high-quality candidates.

You will build talent pools, run search campaigns, screen and interview candidates, and ensure a positive candidate experience while supporting revenue growth for clients and the agency.

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end recruitment and candidate lifecycle management.
• Ability to identify and engage passive candidates using proactive sourcing techniques.
• Strong market research skills to map talent and identify opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Source, attract and engage candidates through multiple channels.
• Manage candidate lifecycle from initial engagement to placement and aftercare.
• conduct pre-placement compliance tasks and ensure data quality in systems.
• Perform market mapping and candidate intelligence to support delivery.
• Build long-term candidate relationships for repeat business and referrals.
