Attega Group Ltd is seeking a Recruitment Executive/Resourcer in Portchester to support Consultants and the Talent Acquisition team with day-to-day role management and CV sourcing across the UK. The role offers a basic salary up to £31,000 per annum, plus uncapped commission and a benefits package including 25 days plus holidays, and early finish on Fridays.

The role entails advertising vacancies, sourcing candidates, prescreens, coordinating interviews, and running meetings with clients.

Formación

• Experience in candidate sourcing or recruitment delivery.
• Confident using Boolean searching methods to source CVs.
• Strong time management and organisational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Take job profiles, understand job descriptions and advertise vacancies on job boards.
• Source CVs using Boolean searches and social media to match client needs.
• Review applications and prescreen candidates.
• Coordinate candidate submissions and interview logistics with clients.
• Arrange and run interview feedback via phone, email, and Teams/video chat.
• Liaise with hiring managers to schedule interviews and move processes forward.
• Support account managers during client meetings and share market insights.
